This is a Peaceful moment.
This is just a short, simple moment out of your day, to calm down and let all the stress, and all the worries fade away. After you should feel refreshed and calm, and ready to face on whatever is in front of you. Alright, let's begin. Count down, with me. I want you to echo every number in your head. And you can feel your eyes getting heavier as you count. You can feel that every count helps you read deeper, and become emptier. Every count somehow seems to focus your mind as you follow my words. It will happen easily and smoothly. Feels nice 10... Feel yourself starting to sink 9...Just drifting away on my words 8... Easily, and comfortably 7...Letting go of all the things around you 6... So calm 5... No more thoughts. 4...There is no reason to think. 2...Focusing on me completely 3...So calm and empty 1... On the edge of just, dropping deep. And you will find that it gets easier and easier every time you follow my words To drop so very deep for me. But this is just a moment of peace, just a moment where you don't have to think, where you don't have to do anything at all. But we haven't begun yet. In a moment, you will open your eyes and I'll start to count. And when I do, you will just echo the numbers in your head quietly, going deeper with every number, becoming heavier with every count: your eyes almost impossible to keep open. Just open your eyes and feel yourself ready to count. 10... Following my words. 9... Going so much easier 8... Feeling ready to drop. 7... Just following my words 6... No more thoughts 5... Just mind empty and relaxed 4...Calm and blank 3... So peaceful 2... So ready To 1... Drop. And your mind is blissfully calm right now.. Because it doesn't have to think at all It can just relax taking a moment out of your day. You could focus on this anywhere with just a few minutes of privacy. Doesn't matter how busy you were before-right now, you are completely calm. Completely blank and empty, open and relaxed. And you feel that it happens easier every time. In a moment I'm going to ask you to open your eyes again and just focus on me as I count you down again. Open your eyes 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3... 2.... 1 Drop. It went so much easier this time, didn't it,? And after this, I'm just going to awaken you again. But you will find that when you awaken, you will feel easily concentrated and focused on whatever you need to be. You will find that your mind, is clear of distractions and you can take on the world if you need to. If anything has been bothering you, it no longer matters. You will face any challenge head on, and overcome it, calmly and competently. I know you can do it. I know that you won't disappoint me. So, I'm going to count up, and slowly but surely your mind will awaken. I want you to imagine you are at the top of a spiral staircase.
A beautiful antique staircase, its steps lined with carpet. Its railing is lined too. It’s incredibly soft and comfortable. You can’t help but want to step down it. Take hold of the railing and take a step down. As you take the first step you immediately feel more comfortable, more relaxed. It’s so soft on your hand and feet it feels amazing. And, as you step another step down, it feels even better. You’re relaxed, warm and comfortable on the staircase. You have a grip on the railing so you know, no matter what happens, you’ll be perfectly safe. You can feel your breathing becoming slow and rhythmic as you bask in the comfort and safety of the soft, warm stairs. You step down another step and feel even more relaxed. You know there are ten steps still to go and you know, since this staircase is so wonderful, there must be something wonderful waiting for you at the bottom. You take another step. Ten. You feel a pleasant sensation, slightly dizzy, like you are tipsy but even better. The staircase is so wonderful. You are safe, warm and comfortable. Safe, warm and comfortable. You relaxation becomes even deeper. Nine. Enjoying this sensation so much. Knowing it will only get deeper and deeper as you descend the staircase. Knowing there is something wonderful waiting for you at the bottom. Eight. Calm now, at peace. So deeply relaxed. More deeply relaxed than you have ever been. Seven. Each step takes you ten times deeper into relaxation. Each step brings you closer to the wonderful surprise waiting for you. Six. Deeper down, down, down. So relaxed, so calm. Safe, warm and comfortable. Five. So relaxed but so eager to reach the bottom. To go down farther than you ever have. Deeper and deeper down. Deeper and deeper. You are safe, warm and comfortable and you feel so good. Four. Feeling better than you ever have before as you go deeper and deeper. Three. Sinking ten times deeper and deeper into relaxation. Feeling soooo good. Wanting to reach the bottom. Feeling safe, warm and comfortable on the staircase. Waiting for your surprise. Two. Almost there. So deep. You are in a deep trance. So deep. So warm. So safe. So comfortable. Nothing can hurt you here on the staircase and soon you will be at the bottom. You are deeper than you’ve ever been before. One. Almost at your surprise. You know it’s coming as you sink ten times deeper. You know when I say zero you will sink one hundred times deeper into trance. And you will feel so good it will be amazing. Zero. You are at the bottom, deeper than you have ever been before. And there is your surprise. The most valuable thing that you ever desired. You can take it... and this it makes you feel amazing.. happy...
